The first stop is Ifrane, known for its clean streets and European-style architecture. You then continue to the cedar forests near Azrou, where you may see Barbary monkeys in their natural environment. After lunch on the road, you continue through mountain landscapes to Midelt, where you check in to your hotel, relax, and enjoy dinner before spending the night.

After breakfast, you leave Midelt and travel through the Ziz Valley, famous for its long palm groves and oasis villages. You stop at panoramic viewpoints overlooking the valley to enjoy the scenery. Continuing through Erfoud, known for fossils and date palms, you arrive in Merzouga in the afternoon. Here, you prepare for a camel trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes. You enjoy the sunset over the sand dunes before reaching your desert camp, where dinner, local music, and an overnight stay under the stars await.

You spend a second night near the dunes in a hotel or desert camp, enjoying a calm desert evening.

Day 4: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

After breakfast, you leave Merzouga and travel toward the Todra Gorges, one of Morocco’s most impressive natural sites, where you have time to walk between the high canyon walls.
