Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat

Your journey begins in the morning with pickup from your hotel or the airport in Casablanca. You start by visiting the famous Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, beautifully located on the Atlantic Ocean. Afterward, you travel north to Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. Here, you visit important landmarks such as the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of the Oudayas, which offers lovely views over the river and ocean. After lunch, you check in to your hotel in Rabat and enjoy a relaxed evening.


Day 2: Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fes

After breakfast, you leave Rabat and travel inland toward Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. You visit Bab Mansour and explore parts of the old medina while learning about the city’s history. The journey continues to Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site with well-preserved Roman ruins and mosaics. After time to explore and enjoy lunch nearby, you continue to Fes, arriving in the late afternoon. You check in to your riad or hotel and rest for the night.


Day 3: Guided Tour of Fes

Following breakfast, you enjoy a full-day guided tour of Fes, one of the oldest medieval cities in the world. You walk through the ancient medina, visiting Al Quaraouiyine University, Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Fountain, and the famous leather tanneries. As you move through narrow streets and markets, your guide explains daily life, traditional crafts, and local history. You also stop at panoramic viewpoints overlooking the city. After lunch in a local restaurant, you return to your accommodation for the night.


Day 4: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Midelt

Leaving Fes in the morning, you travel south through the Middle Atlas Mountains. The scenery slowly changes from city streets to green hills and forests. Day 5: Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga Desert

After breakfast, you leave Midelt and head south toward the desert. The road descends into the Ziz Valley, offering breathtaking views of palm groves, rivers, and oasis villages. Several stops are made for photos and short breaks. You pass through Erfoud, known for fossils and date palms, before arriving in Merzouga in the afternoon. Here, camels are waiting to take you across the Erg Chebbi dunes. You enjoy the quiet desert atmosphere and watch the sunset before reaching your desert camp, where dinner, local music, and a peaceful night under the stars await.


Day 6: Merzouga Desert Exploration – Erg Chebbi

You wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes, followed by breakfast at the camp. This full day is dedicated to exploring the Merzouga area at a relaxed pace. You may visit nomad families, learn about desert life, explore villages such as Khamlia known for traditional music, and enjoy the calm environment of the Sahara. There is time to walk in the dunes, relax, or take part in optional activities such as sandboarding or a short 4×4 desert tour. You spend a second night near the dunes in a hotel or desert camp.


Day 7: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

After breakfast, you leave the desert and travel west. You pass through Rissani, an important market town with a long desert trading history. The journey continues to the Todra Gorges, where you have time to walk between high canyon walls and enjoy the fresh air. After lunch, you continue through small villages and scenic landscapes to the Dades Valley, known for its rock formations and winding roads. Day 8: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Aït Ben Haddou – High Atlas
